Bindman & Co have entered into a strategic partnership with Fitzalan Partners, one of the largest conveyancing networks in the UK.
Founded in late 2010 with the ambition of improving service standards within consumer legal services, Fitzalan Partners conveyancing network has completed over 55,000 conveyancing transactions.
Fitzalan Partners own and operate a number of national conveyancing brands which includes Fridaysmove and Homeward Legal. In late 2013, Fitzalan Partners acquired In-Deed Conveyancing which was established by Rightmove founder Harry Hill.
Bindman & Co will be focused on clients based around Newcastle and the North East as well as providing support for national clients.
Speaking on behalf of Fitzalan Partners, Commercial Director Chris Higham said: “Newcastle and the North East have seen significant market growth over the past 12 months. Finding sufficient local bandwidth without allowing service standards to be compromised has been a challenge.
Many home buyers and sellers still prefer to have the option of a face to face meeting with their conveyancing solicitor. Bindman & Co’s offices offer easy access for clients located in Newcastle and the North East.
We have expanded considerably in 2017 whilst maintaining our strict membership service criteria. Bindman & Co have cleared the bar with ease. Their approach to service is first rate. Their property team is focused on delivering a personal and efficient service to clients involved in both residential and commercial property transactions. They are also able to deal with more complex work such as freehold purchases and leases extensions.
Bindman & Co are a very welcome addition to our network and we look forward to working with them in 2018.”
Les Bindman, Senior Partner at Bindman & Co Solicitors, said, “Bindman & Co are excited about the collaboration with Fitzalan Partners. We’re proud to have exceeded the strict service level criteria set by Fitzalan Partners and we look forward to helping clients introduced by Fridaysmove, Homeward Legal and In-Deed Conveyancing.”
